Bill and BJ have spoken at more than 2,500 schools, colleges, military bases, prisons, pastors’  and leadership conferences, conventions, camps, banquets, and churches in the United States and more than 25 countries throughout the world. Karen often shares with women’s groups and ministers in song before Bill’s message.

Overseas Missionary Outreaches

Bill has led dozens of mission trips into remote and often extremely dangerous areas of Third World countries to minister at conventions, churches, schools, leper colonies, hospitals, and villages.

Bill, Karen, BJ, and other staff have traveled to countries around the world sharing the Gospel, distributing literature, and ministering to countless people.

Radio Broadcasts

Living Truth for Today, the ministry’s weekly quarterhour broadcast and minute messages, air on stations in the U.S. and abroad, as well as audio streaming over the Internet. Bill and BJ have been interviewed on many radio and television programs.

Podcasts

Audio and video podcasts of Bill’s and BJ’s messages have been listened to and watched by thousands of people on ipods and on both secular and Christian Internet sites such as YouTube, iTunes, and GodTube.

They can also be listened to or viewed by anyone, anytime, anywhere in the world on our web site (billrudge.org).

Military Ministry

Bill, Karen, and BJ have spoken to thousands of United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard at military bases and ceremonies throughout the U.S. and in South Korea, Germany, and France. Bill has returned to minister at many of these bases several times and has also ministered to service men and women at centers and churches located near military bases.

Countless more military personnel have been touched through the ministry’s literature and audio ministry which provides free copies of Bill’s and BJ’s books, CDs, pamphlets, and newsletters to military bases, chaplains, enlisted men and women, officers, and their families, as well as different organizations who include them in military Christmas packets.

Books, CDs, and Pamphlets

Bill and BJ have written 24 books and booklets and numerous articles and pamphlets on a variety of topics, as well as produced numerous CDs. Many of their articles or quotes have been published in various Christian and secular publications or posted on various web sites.

More than 750,000 of Bill’s and BJ’s books, tapes, CDs, DVDs, and pamphlets have been requested by and distributed to pastors, missionaries, chaplains, churches, ministries, prisons, military bases and military personnel, and others in every state in the U.S. and over 100 countries.

Bill’s and BJ’s books and tapes have been placed in many lending libraries –– often on mission fields, behind prison walls, on military bases, and in churches and schools. In several countries their tapes, books, and pamphlets are being translated into the native language and reproduced for even greater distribution. Several book distributors in the U.S. and abroad sell their books.

World Outreach

We have donated over one million Bibles and Christian resource materials, as well as clothes, equipment, and supplies, to several mission organizations who distribute them to spiritually hungry people worldwide, as well as giving them to missionaries visiting our ministry center or they were taken to various countries by our staff and others on mission trips.

Newsletters and E-Newsletters

Our monthly newsletters are mailed to individuals throughout the U.S. and we have a growing national and international mailing list who are receiving our e-newsletters.

Web Site

Through our web site (billrudge.org) thousands of people worldwide have read Bill’s and BJ’s articles and listened to our messages. Our extensive web site provides a myriad of biblical resources and articles on apologetics, biblical prophecy, health and fitness, leadership, testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and other timely topics. New information is continually being added.

Obstacle Course
Bill and BJ created innovative obstacle courses for children and youth at the ministry center to help them develop physical skills and learn principles of determination, courage, and self-control.

Apologetic Ministry

Bill, BJ, and other staff are continually involved in biblical research, defending the faith, and proclaiming biblical Christianity.

BJ has written several articles for the Journal of Biblical Apologetics, serves as an adjunct professor for California Biblical University and Seminary, and serves as a faculty mentor for Columbia Evangelical Seminary.

Training Leaders

Consultation, biblical resources, and training have been provided to hundreds of pastors, chaplains, missionaries, and ministry leaders dealing with issues related to Scripture, ministry, marriage and family, sexual immorality, health and fitness, knowing God’s will, and spiritual warfare.

Correspondence

Thousands of letters and e-mails from people needing spiritual encouragement or biblical insight have been responded to by our staff. We also have received tens of thousands of letters from people throughout the world who have come to know the Lord or whose lives have been enriched by this ministry.

Prayer Ministry

Bill, Karen, BJ, and other staff have prayed with many people seeking the Lord or needing encouragement. Intercession is also made by the prayer team at the ministry for every one of the requests received. Many amazing answers to prayer testify to the faithfulness of our God and the perseverance of our prayer partners.

Witness Encounters

The love and truth of Jesus Christ has been shared one-on-one and in small groups with thousands of people –– including many atheists, new agers, Jews, and Muslims –– in a variety of circumstances and locations such as at new age centers, sporting events, airports, planes, hospitals, rest homes, malls, grocery stores, on the street, and in homes and businesses.

Chaplain Ministry

As ordained chaplains, Bill and BJ have been called upon to provide comfort, counsel, and prayer to many injured, sick, and dying people and bereaved families, as well as to many current and former military personnel and their families.

Hundreds of crisis intervention and counseling sessions have occurred at the ministry center, over the phone, after speaking engagements, and during encounters at various places and events.

Bill served as a chaplain during the California Wildfires and also during a six-hour police stand-off

with a sniper.

Bill and BJ have officiated at funerals, performed weddings, baptized new believers, and ministered to military personnel and their families.

Referral Ministry

We have provided referral information to many people in need of help or information concerning temporary housing, rehabilitation, counseling, health issues, and biblical resources.

Prison Ministry

Bill has spoken at prisons and detention centers throughout the country. Thousands of our books, tapes, newsletters, and Bibles have been requested by and sent to prisoners and prison chaplains throughout the U.S.

Staff and Volunteers

More than 30 staff and volunteers throughout the country assist the ministry with radio, CD, and DVD production, web design and maintenance, book and newsletter design and printing, proofreading, biblical research, correspondence, financial records, filling orders, mailings, prayer ministry, grounds and facilities maintenance, and so much more.
