Nothing to Everything
When I was a youth no one could tell me anything. But when I got older I realized I knew nothing.
When I gave my life to Jesus Christ at the age of 18, I had literally nothing to offer Him. But beyond my wildest dreams He has given me everything.
When I started this ministry at the age of 25, I had virtually nothing. But He has blessed me and this ministry beyond comprehension.
If I ever leave this ministry, I will have virtually nothing –– no home, no vehicle, no retirement, and no social security. But what I will one day inherit is everything He has prepared for those who love and obey Him.
If you receive roses for Valentine’s Day, they probably cost you nothing. But the person giving them to you more than likely wants your heart, love, commitment, and faithfulness.
So, too, God’s gift of salvation is free. But what Jesus requires in return is everything –– your heart, love, commitment, and faithfulness.
